Certified Recovery Support Specialist
Recovery Support Specialist (CRSS) designation is an entry-level substance
abuse credential for person’s who use their lived experience to assist clients
achieve and maintain recovery from addictions.
The CRSS requires a minimum of a high school diploma or general
Certification standards, policy
requirements and mandatory forms are published in the Candidate Guide for Certification, which you may download for free.
The FCB has also provided each mandatory form as a separate, editable
PDF. Please carefully review the Guide and all mandatory forms prior to
applying for certification as certification fees are non-refundable.

There is a $100 Certification Fee that must accompany your application. Please make sure your Application Portfolio is complete. Certification Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
