Refund/Cancellation Policy

The FCB does not accept returns or issue refunds for Certification Applications, Study Guides, or other published materials, unless the received goods are faulty.  Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of the Executive Director.  Requests for refunds must be made by calling the FCB offices at 850-222-6314 or by sending a written request to admin_assist@flcertificationboard.org WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE PRODUCT FROM THE FCB.

Certification fees are non-refundable.

Examination fees are non-refundable.

Renewal payments are non-refundable.
